The aftermarket choices are okay overall, but i was a little disappointed by how limited they can feel at times. I was hoping for more variety, so it’s kind of frustrating when you can’t quite find what you’re looking for.

I’ve been having a tough time finding the parts I need, and it’s been frustrating. Every time I reach out for help, I feel like I get sent in circles between support pages, links, or different people without actually getting a clear answer. I just wish the process was easier and support could point me directly to the right part instead of making it feel like a loop.

"Their lifetime guarantee is misleading"
I don’t get how they can call it a lifetime guarantee when getting a replacement was such a hassle. I had to jump through way too many hoops, and it felt like they were making the process difficult on purpose. Really frustrating experience, and I blame the company for not making this clearer or easier.

Most of the time, I’d say the stock here is good, and I can usually find what I’m looking for without too much trouble. That said, when I checked recently, there were a few parts that happened to be out, which was a little inconvenient since I was hoping to get everything in one go. Not a huge issue overall, but it would be even better if those items were available more consistently
